Welcome to Viewpoints
Co-presented by The Village Church and The Rancho Santa Fe Foundation, Viewpoints is a lecture series designed to Inform, Inspire, and Impact our local community.
You will not want to miss the opportunity to meet Conservation Biologist Bill Toone, a North County resident who will take us on a world-wide journey of the people and environments in which he has worked. These regions are largely unknown by our world today, but ones the audience will have the opportunity to experience through the stories and photographs he will share.
Toone began his career with the San Diego Zoo overseeing the captive breeding program for the California Condor. Recently in Mexico, he joined with the Mazahua and Purepecha people where their communities interface with the ancient Oyamel Fir Forest that provides an overwintering site for the monarch butterflies.
